Avatar takes you back to nature with 40 hectares of beautifully landscaped private estate surrounded by fairytale mountains. The resort is close to Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to tigers and elephants. The resort is located by lagoons and a pond. The design is inspired by nearby Khao Pla Ra, a cave that has prehistoric paintings dating back 3,000–5,000 years old. The paintings are recreated in red ochre in the spacious lobby, and the cavernous rooms. The isolated location assures total privacy. For recreation, you can choose between a freshwater pool, saltwater pool, a super-salty pool or a Dead Sea experience. Our 2-storey unique interior design consists of 44 suites, all with private spacious balcony, garden and mountain views. All suites are artistically decorated, fully equipped and surrounded by ponds and lagoon. The Skylight Restaurant is open all day and located just next to the resort accommodation building. Enjoy the open-air unique ambiance in a romantic candlelit dinner overlooking the resort. The restaurant serves an exciting menu of Home-made style Thai cuisine with popular dishes such as Tom Yam Koong, Green curry, and many more. The chef selects all the best meat from steak, seafood and lamb. A different kind of Fusion cuisine is serve on the weekend. Marinated lamb in aromatic Thai or Indian curry served with vegetable salad or grilled to your style is just one of the example of the wonderful delicacies our chef offers. All cocktails, Tiger draught & bottles, house spirits and extensive wine selection will also excite the connoisseur.

STONE LOUNGE
The Stone Lounge in the lobby is an atmospheric cozy place partly enclosed by pebbled-lined walls. It's an ideal place for the guests to relax or simply opt to our Reading Corner dangling one's feet in the water of the lagoon sipping cocktail drinks while appreciating the view of the lagoon and ponds that surround the resort and the lush forested mountain beyond. In the evening, the low light, classical music, evocative plants, and comfy seats make the spot irresistibly romantic.

The Spa offers treatments to regenerate health, relief body and ease mental stress. Our skilled therapists offer classes ranging from cosmetic design, rehabilitation, and physical therapy treatments. Instruction of Yoga, reflexology, fitness exercises for relief will be some of many other outdoor classes our guests can experience. Selected body and facial treatments using natural organic herbs and oil with our modern techniques are available. Guests can choose from traditional spa programs or more modern medical treatments, or simply opt for the sauna which includes treatment of skin with our Super Salty Pool. |
